为了促进教师之间的专业交流与共同进步，提升教师英语演讲能力与专业素养，推动我们幼儿园英语教育质量，我们举办了首次英语演讲比赛活动。

今天，我们齐聚在这里，不仅是一场英语风采的展示，更是老师们对幼儿英语教育的热忱分享。相信这场充满教育温度与语言魅力的演讲，一定会给我们带来启发与感动!

To promote professional communication and mutual progress among teachers, enhance their English speech skills and professional qualities, and improve the quality of English education in our kindergarten, we are holding the first English speech contest.

Today, we gather here not only to showcase our English proficiency but also to share teachers' passion for early childhood English education. We believe this speech contest, full of educational warmth and linguistic charm, will surely bring us inspiration and joy!

教研组长刘慧芳主持了本次比赛活动，比赛开始前向大家介绍了本次比赛的意义和评分规则。我们以英语为媒，以演讲为桥，齐聚一堂，共同开启这场属于教师的成长之旅。

Ms. Liu Huifang, the teaching and research group leader, hosted this speech contest.Before the competition started, she introduced the significance of the event and the scoring criteria to everyone.

With English as the medium and speech as the bridge, we gather here to jointly embark on this growth journey belonging to all teachers.

王园长在首届教师英语演讲比赛开场中表示，随着幼儿园开启幼儿英语启蒙课程，教师更应率先开口、乐于学习；并鼓励老师们以勇气为重、不惧不完美，尽情享受分享与展示的舞台，不负热爱、勇毅前行。

In her opening speech at the first Teachers' English Speech Contest, Principal Wang stated that as the kindergarten launches English enlightenment courses for young children, teachers should take the lead in speaking up and be eager to learn. She also encouraged teachers to prioritize courage over perfection, fully enjoy this stage for sharing and showcasing, and move forward bravely with passion.

During the competition, every teacher was full of confidence and spoke with eloquence and feeling. They expressed their love for life, insights into work, and dedication to English education through passionate and inspiring speeches.

在本次英语演讲比赛的颁奖环节，世纪学校任杰校长回顾了整场赛事的精彩历程。他用诙谐有趣的语言，真诚肯定了老师们在备赛和参赛过程中付出的努力，以及展现出的专业素养；同时也分享了自己观看完这场比赛后的深刻感悟，最后他满心期许地祝愿每一位老师都能在这场比赛里收获成长、满载而归。

During the award ceremony of the English Speech Contest, Principal Ren Jie from Century School reviewed the wonderful journey of the entire event. With humorous and interesting language, he sincerely affirmed the efforts of the teachers in preparing and participating in the contest, as well as their professional qualities. He also shared his profound insights after watching the contest, and finally expressed his heartfelt hope that every teacher would gain growth and return with full harvest from this contest.

此次15名教师进行参赛，通过激烈的角逐和评委们严格地评分，最终评选出特等奖、一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、优秀奖的获得者。

A total of 15 teachers participated in this contest. After intense competition and strict scoring by the judges, the winners of the Special Prize, First Prize, Second Prize, Third Prize and Excellence Award were finally selected.

未来，我园将持续深耕幼儿英语教育领域，鼓励教师不断提升自我，以更专业的能力、更饱满的热情，在幼教路上步履不停，用语言的魅力点亮孩子们的童年，让教育的初心在坚守中绽放光芒。

This contest has not only built a platform for teachers to communicate, learn and showcase their talents, but also promoted learning and research through competition, driving the dual improvement of teachers' English teaching capabilities and professional qualities. Early childhood English education is about conveying love and enlightenment through language, and nurturing the growth of children's innocence with passion.

In the future, our kindergarten will continue to delve into the field of early childhood English education, encouraging teachers to continuously improve themselves. With more professional capabilities and fuller enthusiasm, we will keep moving forward on the road of early childhood education, illuminating children's childhood with the charm of language and making the original aspiration of education shine brightly through perseverance .
